New Crown DCi Amplifier Series Product Updates
The Crown DCi line continues to be very successful for professional installs worldwide. With the release of the Q-Sys plugin, there is a new interest in markets that use this control platform enabled by the functionality and level of integration it brings to the DCi Line up.
The continued supply challenges have kept the sourcing and sustaining Crown teams busy however, Harman are happy to report that they will continue to ship all DCi Analog, Dante and BLU Link models. Additionally, you may remember a previous End of Life (EOL) announcement of the BLU Link and AVB variations, only the variations that were ultimately EOL’d were the AVB models. Harman plans to continue carrying the Analog, Dante, and BLU Link versions for the foreseeable future.
As part of the SKU reduction plan announced in 2019, some regional variants have been consolidated into the NP (no power cord) version. While this isn’t news, we have built a guide to help clarify the current part numbers, show available variants, and provide a list of the certified power cords that should be used. AMX NETLINX NX MODULE NOW AVAILABLE FOR DCI & I-TECH HD
Now available to support the AMX NetLinx NX ecosystem are official DCi and I-Tech HD AMX Duet modules. Compatible with AMX Central Controllers, Presentation Switchers, and other systems that include onboard NetLinx NX control, these modules enable users to configure their AMX NetLinx NX systems to control and monitor network-enabled DCi and iTech HD amplifiers.
Features like metering, mutes, sleep, amplifier status, and others are pre- configured for integration, and any other controllable parameters can be user-configured and brought into touch panels and automation, ensuring users have the most powerful integration and amplification capabilities possible. DCI Q-SYS PLUGIN UPDATE: NEW EVENT LOG CAPABILITIES
Harman have added the ability to log Dante and BLU Link faults to the Q-Sys Plugin event log. For customers that want to capture these events in the core’s event log, this is now available. Watch this video to learn more about the Q-Sys Plugin.

ANNOUNCING THE RETURN OF CROWN’S END OF LINE BOX!
Harman are excited to announce the return of the Crown End of Line (EOL) box that’s used as an End of Line (EOL) termination in audio systems that use a 20 kHz pilot tone to detect open and short conditions.
While our original supplier of this product was no longer able to fulfill orders, we have found a new supplier and have built enough units to fulfill all open and new orders. Thanks for your patience as we worked through this fulfillment process.
